Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our EU warehouse. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@techoffers.shop. We will open a claim with the courier and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
