Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Cancelling before shipment
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge by emailing support@techoffers.shop with your order number. A full refund will be issued within 14 days.
Cancelling after shipment
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return procedure. Once we receive the device in original condition, the full amount, including original shipping, will be refunded.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the order. Klarna installment plans are automatically cancelled and rebalanced.
