30-day free returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

How to return

Email support@techoffers.shop with your order number to receive a prepaid return label. Drop the parcel at any authorized courier point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the device, within 3 business days of arrival, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, as required by EU consumer law.

Conditions

• The device must show no signs of misuse, liquid damage, or third-party tampering.
• All original accessories must be returned.
• Find My iPhone / activation lock must be disabled.

Defective items

If your device is defective, replacement or full refund is guaranteed under our 2-year warranty.
