1. The Seller
TechOffers operates as an authorized reseller of refurbished consumer electronics shipped from our EU warehouse.
2. Products
All products listed are professionally refurbished, Grade A unless otherwise stated, and include a minimum battery health of 85%. Cosmetic variations may apply.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in Euro and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
4. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and Klarna pay in 3 installments. Payments are processed through a secure checkout.
5. Warranty
All devices come with a 2-year EU legal warranty covering manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOffers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered operations.
